Zendaya Swaps Signature Louboutin Heels for Towering Leather Stilettos at Louis Vuitton Show
At the Louis Vuitton fall 2026 presentation during Paris Fashion Week, actress Zendaya made a notable footwear choice by stepping away from her trademark Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps in favor of dramatically tall leather stilettos that perfectly complemented the show’s pointed-toe theme.
The striking heels featured an extremely steep toe slope leading to an impressive stiletto measuring approximately five inches in height. The design showcased clean architectural lines with a deeply cut vamp that exposed the entire top portion of the foot, creating an elegant and elongating effect.
These custom pumps displayed a razor-sharp pointed toe with a compact toe box and included a subtle silver accent positioned at the heel’s rear. The design bore strong resemblance to the metallic silver stilettos the “Challengers” star previously wore to Louis Vuitton’s spring 2026 presentation last September.
Given Zendaya’s role as a key Louis Vuitton ambassador since April 2023, the luxury fashion house’s creation of bespoke footwear for her brand appearances follows a logical pattern. The maison currently offers a comparable style called the Gala pump on their website, crafted in satin with a slightly shorter four-inch heel and priced at $1,170.
The Gala design mirrors many elements of Zendaya’s custom pair, featuring streamlined construction, pointed toe silhouette, and towering stiletto heel. It includes a leather sole discretely marked with gold-toned LV initial hardware.
For this fashion week appearance, Zendaya – who sparked marriage speculation by wearing a delicate gold band following her stylist’s recent revelation about her union with Tom Holland – coordinated her leather stilettos with a white shirt dress featuring a balloon skirt in an asymmetrical high-low cut. The shoes’ low-cut design enhanced her leg line, while a thick black waist belt provided striking contrast.
Celebrity stylist Law Roach, who has worked with Zendaya for years, has previously discussed his methodical approach to training the actress in navigating red carpets wearing towering heels, beginning with the So Kate style during her teenage years. The Louboutin pumps became such a wardrobe essential that industry speculation suggested she inspired the French designer’s 2025 release of an updated version called the Miss Z.
